The Mission
Campsite-Directory.co.uk has been a project in the making for some 5 years now. As a keen camper I had always planned to launch a directory but other commitments had stopped me from progressing the project as quickly as I would have liked.
The name was registered in the summer of 2007, work started in may 2008 and the first version of the site was officially launched in September 2009.
Now launched, the plan is to add as much content as is possible, so please feel free to add your own campsite. It's entirely free and very simple to use, so you have nothing to risk.
Work is well underway for phase two, which will see the introduction of new functionallity.
The developers have recently been working on a holiday home accommodation booking system known as bookalet.
